Dear Yan Lam Church,

Gladstone First Baptist Church rejoices with you as you celebrate your anniversary!

It has been my privilege to be in a special relationship with you for the past four years. Gladstone First Baptist Church and Yan Lam Church have shared in the joys of serving together for Christ these years. Ever since I met Pastor Andrew Pang in 2006, I have felt a kindred spirit with him regarding the passion to reach the lost and to serve out great God. It has provided a great opportunity for us to share in being a team for Christ.

We have now had three short term mission trips with your church and two other visits that I have been on with you. Each time, your church has been so hospitable and loving to our church members. Each time we have come away so blessed to be with you and to have good fellowship and ministry with you. Our times of ministry in Sha Tin and then our mission trips to Ying Tak have been so meaningful to our teams. There are so many of your church family that I hold as close brothers and sisters. Thank you for your encouragement to us.

Two years ago we were delighted to host several of your church family in our homes and at our church in Gladstone. It was a great time for us and we look forward to continued exchanges with your church family in the years ahead.

I look forward to being with you once again this year as we seek to bring another team to work with you in July and August. May God guide our steps together as we seek to partner with you as you seek to do God’s will.
